Alexander Newman & Ibba’s estate

Land
Alexander and “Isbell” sold 82 acres to William Hill: 7 December 1803 in Madison County, Virginia: Deed book 3, pg 467.

82 acres on Little Crooked Run
Alexander and Ibba sold the last of their land, 83 acres to Henry Hill: 3 September 1810 in Madison County, Virginia: Deed Dook 5, pg 487-488. This land looks like it adjoins the first property they sold. It also mentions “Tenant’s Old Church Rd.” This road does not exist today.
This second deed was paid for with a transfer of title given 26 October 1815. I expect that about this time they sold their land, is when Alexander, his wife and all their children (both Newman and Sellers) moved to Boone County, Kentucky.
